Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Step into a specialized imaging role delivering critical diagnostic services as a CT/X-Ray Technologist. Your expertise will play a key part in patient care, supporting both clinical teams and individuals through precise imaging procedures. This assignment offers a dynamic 13-week engagement within a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts per week Mid shift: 11:00am - 10:30pm
Desired Qualifications:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Active ARRT credential in Radiologic Technology Valid KS state license to perform imaging procedures Proficiency with both CT and X-Ray modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and patient comfort
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CT and X-Ray exams according to provider orders and established protocols Operate imaging equipment with attention to quality, troubleshooting technical issues as needed Prepare and position patients for exams, providing clear instructions and reassurance Review images for quality and ensure timely documentation and submission to the radiology team Adhere to infection control and radiation safety guidelines at all times Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting maintenance needs promptly Collaborate with healthcare teams for seamless patient care and workflow This opportunity provides experience across a broad spectrum of imaging cases, the chance to work with a dedicated medical team, and the satisfaction of supporting patient care through excellence in diagnostic imaging.
