Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Take your imaging expertise to the next level by working in a vital healthcare environment, providing essential CT and X-ray services. This contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced healthcare professionals and directly impact patient care with your technical skills and compassionate approach.
Schedule:
13-week contract 4 shifts of 10 hours per week
Mid-shifts:
11:00am - 10:30pm
Qualifications:
Current and valid ARRT certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Active Kansas (KS) state license for radiologic technologists Experience performing diagnostic CT and X-ray procedures Ability to work mid-shifts and adapt to busy imaging environments Strong communication and organization skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, calibrate, and maintain CT and X-ray imaging equipment following institution and manufacturer guidelines Prepare and position patients for a variety of imaging procedures ensuring their safety and comfort throughout Accurately perform imaging exams, adhering to all standard medical imaging protocols Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to provide high-quality diagnostic images for patient evaluation and treatment planning Support high standards of safety, infection control, and confidentiality in every aspect of your work Completes documentation and maintains records according to facility policies This position is ideal for professionals seeking an engaging contract assignment with advanced imaging technology and multidisciplinary teamwork.
