Job Description

Overview As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a vital role in patient care by performing diagnostic imaging procedures that help physicians diagnose and treat medical conditions. This position combines technical expertise with compassionate patient care to ensure safe, accurate, and timely imaging services. Responsibilities Performs diagnostic imaging studies in accordance with physician orders and departmental guidelines. Prepares and transports patients as necessary. Prepares imaging equipment, room, and images, as needed for interpretation. Verifies and completes studies in RIS and PACS. Maintains Quality Control on equipment as instructed. Qualifications Education Associate Degree in Radiology from an approved two-year program required. Experience No prior work experience required. Licenses & Certifications State licensure required. ARRT certification required. Required Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities Current CPR Certification. Basic Computer Skills. Knowledge of ALARA guidelines. Must be able to meet hospital on-call requirements.
