Job Description

Sterling Surgical Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiology/X-ray Technician with OR experience to join our team.
Essential Functions:
Performs diagnostic imaging in the operating room using a C-Arm Proficient in operating X-ray and other medical imaging equipment Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety Position patients correctly to obtain accurate images Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols Collaborate with physicians to determine the appropriate imaging techniques for each patient Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Follow aseptic techniques to prevent contamination and infection Use medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to accurately communicate findings with physicians Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
Education:
Associate degree in Radiologic Technology Licensure /
Certification:
LSRTBE ARRT

BLS Work Experience:
3+ years of work experience in
