This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and is ideal for professionals confident in advanced imaging procedures and committed to clinical excellence.
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Qualifications:
Current certification in ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT required Proficiency in operating 3T GE MRI equipment Thorough knowledge of MRI safety standards and protocols Strong interpersonal communication skills for patient interaction and clinical collaboration Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a weekend shift Prior MRI experience in a clinical setting highly valued Massachusetts does not require a state license to perform MRI scans
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans, ensuring accurate imaging results following physician instructions Prepare and position patients for examinations, providing comfort and clear communication throughout the procedure Maintain and operate 3T GE MRI equipment in accordance with established protocols Ensure patient histories are thoroughly documented and that all imaging records are accurately maintained Adhere to all safety procedures for patients and personnel, including the implementation of MRI safety guidelines Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with MRI equipment as needed
