Job Description

Job Summary Under the direction of the Section Leader, Mammography/Ultrasound, ensures that the Emerson Breast Health Center and other campuses comply with all regulations as mandated by the State of Massachusetts, FDA, and American College of Radiology. Performs some of the duties of the Section Leader in his/her absence.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology required. Experience Three to five years of radiologic technology experience with three to five years of mammography experience required. Prior Quality Control experience preferred. Licensure and/or Certification; Current registration as R.T.(R)(M)(ARRT) required. Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist/Mammography Technologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required. BLS healthcare provider required.
Skills:
Must have strong communication skills required. Must be computer proficient including PACS and HIS/RIS. Must have strong teaching, organizational, administrative, and leadership skills. Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to maintain confidential information required.
