Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Registered MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) Current certification and licensure as required by the state Demonstrated experience with MRI scanners and related equipment Proficiency in imaging protocols, safety procedures, and contrast administration Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical settings Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate imaging
Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety Operate MRI equipment and execute imaging protocols as prescribed by medical professionals Evaluate scan results for clarity and completeness, assisting physicians in diagnostic processes Maintain accurate documentation of patient imaging records and procedures Uphold MRI safety standards and infection control policies Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and ancillary staff for coordinated patient care Maintain equipment, report any technical issues, and ensure compliance with facility guidelines As a valued technician in a supportive clinical environment, you will contribute to exceptional patient outcomes through your technical expertise and compassionate approach.
