Hours:
8:00am-4:30pm with 30min unpaid break; alternating weekends as needed. Start and end times may adjust based on the scheduled events. Ability to work early mornings and evenings when necessary, flexing time when possible if overtime is anticipated.
Standard:
$35-$38 an hour Shift Diff (M-F after 6pm + weekends): $41-$44
Responsibilities:
Education and Experience Requirements:
Prepare for and support inanimate clinical simulation labs using harvested animal tissue and/or human cadaveric tissue, including positioning and removal of tissue as needed. Operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment for applicable events, including single-shot imaging, live fluoroscopy, and 3D scanning. Set up and maintain surgical pods and lab support areas with the appropriate tissue, instrumentation, supplies, and equipment. Restore lab and support areas following events, including proper disposal of single-use items and storage of equipment. Clean and process instrumentation after use, including manual scrubbing and machine washing. Maintain laboratory spaces, instrumentation, equipment, and supplies in accordance with regulatory requirements and departmental procedures. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and inventory in accordance with established requirements and procedures. Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on assigned equipment, including the C-arm. Follow company and departmental protocols for all laboratory procedures, including fluoroscopic radiology procedures. Complete all required training within established timelines and participate in annual health surveillance requirements, including blood-borne pathogen training. Participate in quarterly audit sweeps to support regulatory and departmental compliance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the planning and execution of hands-on training labs, including healthcare professionals, third-party vendors, and cross-functional departments such as Marketing and Sales. Requirements Associate degree required (or equivalent military experience). ARRT registration (RT (R)) with C-arm fluoroscopy experience; Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required Skills and Experience Spanish and/or Portuguese bilingual proficiency preferred. state licensure as required. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage professionally with diverse audiences. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities. Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing schedules, and support extended or flexible hours as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Comfortable working in medical lab environments with cadaveric and animal tissue. Must be able to able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs without assistance.
