You won't simply be taking images. You'll work directly with the physician during procedures and become a valued member of a specialized procedural team. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be operating C-arm fluoroscopy during interventional pain management and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities include:

Safely and efficiently operate C-arm fluoroscopy during procedures Obtain high-quality fluoroscopic images while minimizing radiation exposure Position patients appropriately and safely Work directly with physicians during procedures Maintain appropriate radiation safety standards for patients and staff Maintain accurate fluoroscopy times, records, and required documentation Ensure radiologic equipment is properly maintained Prepare procedure rooms and ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available Assist with patient preparation, positioning, transport, and post-procedure workflow Maintain required sterilization, equipment, radiation safety, and quality-control logs Assist with inventory and procedural supplies Support patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and clinical workflow when needed Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, physicians, and administrative staff to maintain efficient patient flow Who We're Looking For We're looking for a Radiologic Technologist who is: Dependable, professional, and patient-focused Comfortable working directly with physicians Confident in a procedural environment Organized and attentive to detail Committed to radiation and patient safety A strong communicator and team player Flexible and willing to support the clinical team when needed

Qualifications Required:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT (R) registration Current CPR/BLS certification Appropriate Maryland licensure or eligibility for licensure

Preferred:

C-arm/fluoroscopy experience Ambulatory surgery center or operating room experience Interventional pain, orthopedic, spine, or other procedural experience At least one year of clinical experience Don't Have Pain Management Experience? Compensation:
