Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsibilities include: Operates all radiographic equipment to perform x-rays, including surgical and portable equipment. Consistently obtain high quality imaging for Radiologist interpretation. General understanding of PACS (Picture Archive Communications System) and its function. Minimizes radiation to patients and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques-ALARA, shielding and knowledge of exposure factors. Documents patient care services in hospital records. Able to interact compassionately and effectively with the sick or injured. Supports and promotes the values and mission of the organization. Courteous interaction with co-workers/peers.

Comp Range:
