Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Qualifications:
Current registration as a CT Technologist (ARRT) with advanced certification in CT required Experience performing both CT and PET procedures Proficiency with imaging protocols, radiation safety, and troubleshooting equipment Current Covid-19 vaccination required Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate image acquisition and patient safety
Schedule:
Day shift, varied schedule to support department needs
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT and PET exams in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout their visit Operate imaging equipment and monitor image quality to achieve optimal diagnostic outcomes Accurately document patient information within the electronic medical record Assist with exam scheduling, patient assessment, and maintaining supplies for daily operations Comply with infection control procedures and department standards at all times
