Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Professionals with experience in imaging and radiology are invited to step into an opportunity within a dynamic Level II Trauma Center. This assignment spans 13 weeks, offering the chance to work alongside highly skilled clinical teams and support critical patient care. An efficient hiring process begins with a 30-minute phone interview.
Schedule/Hours:
3 shifts per week; each shift is 12 hours Night shifts: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am and/or 11:00 pm - 11:30 am Every other weekend required No block scheduling
Qualifications:
Active certification in BLS and CT required At least 1 year of experience working as a Radiology Tech/X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist Prior experience in a trauma or acute care environment preferred Comfort with a variety of imaging procedures; additional procedural experience is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams Commitment to high standards of patient safety and imaging quality
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality radiology imaging to support accurate diagnosis and treatment Operate and maintain X-ray and CT equipment in accordance with hospital protocols Accurately position patients and conduct imaging studies, ensuring patient comfort and safety Collaborate closely with medical staff to provide timely and reliable imaging results Verify and document patient information and procedure details in electronic medical records Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and maintain professional licensure and certifications In this role, you will make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced trauma center environment.
