Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Bring your radiology expertise to a dynamic Level II Trauma Center environment. This contract opportunity seeks a dedicated imaging professional skilled in both Radiology and X-ray technologies. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic services alongside a talented healthcare team.
Schedule:
13-week assignment 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM Every other weekend required Block scheduling is not offered
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist or X-ray Tech Active ARRT (R) certification Current BLS certification Strong communication and critical thinking skills Previous experience with trauma cases preferred OR procedure experience highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols Support trauma and emergency care teams with timely, accurate imaging services Ensure safe operation and maintenance of radiology equipment Provide patient education and compassionate care before, during, and after imaging procedures Maintain accurate records and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary clinical team Assist in surgical imaging procedures as needed This is a unique chance to advance your career in a fast-paced setting, strengthen your skills, and make a daily impact for patients in need.
