Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Opportunity available for a skilled healthcare professional with expertise in both radiology imaging and X-ray technology. This contract position is based in a Level II Trauma Center, offering an engaging and dynamic environment for experienced technologists.
Schedule:
13-week assignment Three 12-hour shifts per week: 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. and/or 11:00 p.m. - 11:30 a.m. Every other weekend required Block scheduling not offered
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist or X-ray Technologist BLS and CT certifications required Familiarity working in a trauma setting, particularly at a Level II Trauma Center, is preferred Procedure experience is highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Perform quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray and CT, according to physician orders and facility protocols Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures Accurately document findings and maintain clear records in the patient management system Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team Respond promptly to stat orders or trauma requests as required in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate commitment to data privacy and facility safety standards at all times As part of a dedicated imaging team, you will significantly contribute to patient care while expanding your experience within a reputable trauma center.
