Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract A respected healthcare facility in Grand Blanc, MI is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join their imaging team for a 13-week contract. This facility is a Level II Trauma Center, providing the ideal environment to refine your expertise and contribute to patient care at a high volume.

Schedule:

Three 12-hour shifts each week: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM Every other weekend required Block scheduling is not available

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Tech or X-ray Technologist Current ARRT (R) certification Active BLS certification Procedure experience is highly desirable Operating Room (OR) experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Operate imaging equipment and perform high-quality diagnostic radiologic procedures in accordance with facility protocols and physician instructions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to provide fast, accurate imaging for trauma and medical patient populations Support efficient and compassionate patient care, ensuring clear positioning, safety, and comfort Document imaging procedures accurately in accordance with facility and industry standards Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and ready for emergency use Participate in on-the-job training, process improvement, and maintain a high compliance with safety procedures Adapt to the needs of a busy trauma environment, assisting with OR and specialized procedure imaging as needed Working at a Level II Trauma Center offers unique learning opportunities and the chance to make a difference with critical care cases.
