Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification Minimum of 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology (IR) experience preferred Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Competence in performing a wide range of IR procedures Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and workflows Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Assist radiologists with various interventional procedures Prepare and operate imaging equipment following protocols Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care Troubleshoot equipment or procedural issues as needed
