We deliver care for serious life-threatening injuries/illnesses, and your everyday health needs, including labor and delivery. We offer a wide range of outpatient services, including diagnostic imaging, lab tests, respiratory therapy and rehabilitation therapy services.​ What You'll Do A CT Technologist performs computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists. Job Responsibilities Prepares and positions patients and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately. Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations. Observes patients during procedure and reports abnormal activity. Monitors protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted. Follows radiation safety procedures and guidelines. Required Qualifications BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
