Overview:

We are looking for a skilled MRI Technologist to join a collaborative imaging team for a 13-week travel assignment . This role involves performing high-quality MRI examinations using advanced imaging equipment while providing safe, compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MRI examinations using advanced MRI equipment Prepare patients and the scan room for examinations Screen and interview patients for MRI safety and contraindications Explain procedures and answer patient questions Review patient history and previous examinations Prepare and administer IV or oral contrast when required Position patients appropriately and select the correct protocols, coils, and imaging parameters Operate MRI equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images Monitor patients throughout examinations and respond appropriately to their needs Ensure images are properly oriented, labeled, and organized Prepare patient records and clinical information for radiologist review Maintain accurate and complete documentation

Requirements:

Previous MRI Technologist experience

• Required Siemens MRI experience
• Required Active ARRT certification in MRI
• Required Current BLS certification through AHA
• Required Must be a travel candidate ; local candidates within a 50-mile radius will not be considered Permanent home address required Strong patient care and communication skills
