Advanced Wound Care Clinic in Novi is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hyperbaric Chamber Technician to join our multidisciplinary wound care team. This role is essential in providing safe, high-quality hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) to our patients while ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) chambers Ensure patient safety before, during, and after treatments Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Assist clinical staff with wound care procedures as needed Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory standards Qualifications Prior experience working with hyperbaric oxygen chambers or in a related medical technical role is a must.Preferred:
Certified Hyperbaric Technician (CHT) Knowledge of hyperbaric chamber operation, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols. Strong understanding of patient monitoring techniques and vital sign assessment. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions accurately. Good communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and focus.
