1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray for a night shift assignment requiring 2+ years of X-ray experience and ARRT certification. Details Imaging Department in a 202-bed regional hospital Night shift, 10-hour shifts, with Sunday 7:30p-6a and Monday-Wednesday 8:30p-7a schedule 40 hours guaranteed per week Weekend requirement on Sundays only No on-call requirements 13-week assignment Requirements 2+ years of X-ray experience required Current ARRT certification required Current BLS certification (AHA) required Travel experience required License required if applicable Additional Information Perform a variety of imaging procedures under general supervision Operate and maintain imaging department equipment including X-ray machines Position patients and capture images as ordered by physicians Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients to ensure comfort and understanding Notify physicians of exam results in accordance with policies and regulations Matching scrubs required as part of dress code Candidates residing within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested during the assignment Full-time McLaren employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment
