Scope In collaboration with leadership, responsible for the oversight of quality control duties for maintaining compliance with various regulatory agencies. Assumes a leadership role in the department under direction of supervisor/manager. Assists with staff scheduling with leadership being responsible for the accuracy of the schedule overall. Oversee day-to-day floor operations within Breast Care Services. Monitors customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction results, looking for trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. Assists manager with payroll duties as assigned. Monitors and tracks education requirements for regulatory compliance, as assigned. May lead special projects assigned by leadership. Qualifications Required associate's degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field Required Vocational/Technical Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program 3 years of relevant clinical experience at staff mammography technologist level Required CRT-Radiographer (R)
