Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make an impact as an Imaging - X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist at a well-respected medical facility serving the Traverse City community. In this dynamic contract role lasting 13 weeks, you'll play a key part in diagnostic imaging and patient care, utilizing advanced technology in a collaborative environment.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts per week Mid-shift hours: 11:00am - 9:00pm Monday through
Thursday Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience with O-ARM technology strongly preferred Expertise in performing high-quality X-ray imaging Proven ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures, ensuring optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis Operate O-ARM imaging equipment confidently and safely Prepare and position patients for a variety of exams Maintain effective communication with healthcare providers and support staff Adhere to all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines Ensure consistent documentation and maintain proper equipment function Contribute positively to a supportive, professional team atmosphere
