General X-Ray Technician (Full Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General X-Ray Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. (Adult Internal Medicine)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform X-ray examinations on patients as per physician orders. Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety. Operate X-ray equipment and ensure proper functioning and maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging procedures. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff. Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

Certification as an X-Ray Technician from an accredited program. Valid state licensure to practice as a radiologic technologist. Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques and safety protocols.
