Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Purpose of Job This position is responsible for performing high quality and accurate diagnostic CT scan in accordance with established procedures. Job Functions Interacts with patients, providers, and staff in a professional and courteous manner to ensure safety for our patients. Produces high quality and accurate diagnostic CT scans. Assists with maintenance of equipment to ensure patient safety and proper working order. Reviews cases with Radiologist to ensure accuracy of clinical data obtained. Performs intravenous access technique as needed. Demonstrates room and equipment cleaning process between patients. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education/Work Experience Graduate of an AMA accredited school of Radiology Meet basic requirements for the ACR accreditation Will train! Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Knowledge of anatomy and pathology seen on CT scans Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above Ability to serve patients in a friendly and efficient manner Strong computer skills and basic Microsoft Office applications Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations Ability to work autonomously and as a team Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability and knowledge to complete job functions at all Ridgeview Imaging locations Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above License/Certifications Registered by the
