Key Qualifications:
Current ARRT (R) certification and advanced CT registry (ARRT-CT);
NMTCB-PET
preferred for CT/PET Techs Minimum of 1 year direct CT or CT/PET imaging experience Proficiency with imaging equipment, patient positioning, and safety protocols Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
Perform and analyze advanced CT and CT/PET imaging procedures, adhering to best practices Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures to ensure comfort and safety Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care Maintain accurate documentation and comply with quality assurance standards Verify equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when necessary
