The Role Our Techs are the Face of Our Brand. As our X-Ray Technologist, you'll be out in the field, visiting private clinics, assisted living facilities, and care homes across the Flathead Valley. You'll be delivering high-quality imaging with professionalism and warmth. You'll travel in a company-provided vehicle, work a part-time schedule that you help build , and be part of a tight-knit team that genuinely loves what they do. Day to Day What You'll Be Doing Performing mobile X-ray imaging at clinics and elderly care facilities across the Flathead Valley Traveling in a company-provided vehicle between patient locations on a flexible schedule Delivering exceptional, compassionate bedside manner, especially with elderly and vulnerable patients Adapting and problem-solving for non-standard or impromptu positioning challenges in the field Upholding Flexible Medical Imaging's reputation through professionalism, warmth, and technical excellence Collaborating with team members and contributing to schedule-building each period Maintaining equipment standards and proper documentation at every visit What We're Looking For The Ideal Candidate Skills matter. But at Flexible Medical Imaging, who you are matters just as much. Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R) Valid Montana driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in mobile, outpatient, or long-term care imaging is a strong plus A genuinely warm, likable personality, our clients and patients notice, and it matters Exceptional bedside manner, especially with elderly populations A can-do attitude and creative instinct when standard setups just won't work Pride in your craft and a desire to be part of something bigger than a job Reliability, self-motivation, and the maturity to work independently in the field High personal standards
