Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Advance your career in medical imaging with a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. This role offers a focused schedule with the opportunity to work with the latest imaging equipment in a supportive environment dedicated to quality patient care.
Schedule:
Thursday through Sunday Combination of 2x12-hour shifts and 2x8-hour day shifts
Qualifications:
Current ARRT(MR) certification required Valid BLS certification Proficient in administering contrast agents safely Experience utilizing Epic/PACS systems for documentation and imaging workflow Excellent communication and patient care skills Prior experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI examinations following established protocols and guidelines Administer contrast materials as directed and monitor patients for adverse reactions Operate, calibrate, and maintain MRI equipment to ensure optimal image quality Maintain accurate patient records within Epic/PACS systems Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical staff to provide timely, effective diagnostic information Comply with all regulatory requirements and infection control standards
