Qualifications:

Valid ARRT (MRI) certification required Previous experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital setting preferred Proficiency in MRI equipment operation, image acquisition, and patient positioning Strong understanding of safety protocols related to MRI environments Excellent interpersonal communication and patient care skills Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols Accurately position patients and ensure comfort and safety during procedures Evaluate images for technical accuracy and collaborate with radiologists Effectively manage patient records and follow confidentiality guidelines Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment as needed Follow infection control procedures and safety measures at all times Provide compassionate care and education to patients throughout their imaging experience
