Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced professional in MRI imaging to provide advanced diagnostic care. The contract position requires proficiency in conducting MRI scans and working collaboratively within an efficient, patient-centered radiology department.

Schedule:

10-hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

Current ARRT (MRI) certification required Minimum of one year of recent MRI Tech experience preferred Strong technical expertise in operating MRI equipment and protocols Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Knowledge of safety guidelines in MRI environments Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to adapt to a fair call rotation system shared among full-time, part-time, PRN, and traveler team members

Role Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process Accurately document imaging procedures Uphold strict safety standards in the magnetic environment Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to optimize imaging results Help provide coverage during holidays unless approved off in advance No weekend rotations required; maintain contracted shift assignments
