Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced MRI technologist for a dynamic healthcare environment on a 13-week assignment. This contract position plays a key role in providing high-quality imaging services using advanced MRI technology, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
Schedule:
36 hours per week Monday through Saturday, between 7:00am and 7:00pm Two 12-hour shifts of 3 days each, 36 hours guaranteed
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Proficient in MRI imaging with demonstrated skills as an MRI Technologist Hands-on experience operating a 1.5T Siemens Aera MRI system Proven expertise with deep resolve protocols and related imaging software Current ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent credentials preferred Strong commitment to accurate image acquisition and patient safety Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring adherence to established protocols Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns Operate the 1.5T Siemens Aera MRI scanner, utilizing deep resolve technology for optimal image quality Monitor patients during scanning for safety and comfort Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records within the imaging system Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure prompt communication of imaging results Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness This assignment offers the opportunity to grow your advanced imaging expertise while supporting patient care excellence.
