Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to support a dynamic imaging team on a contract basis. This position is critical in delivering high-quality imaging services and ensuring a positive patient experience while adhering to safety protocols and ethical standards.

Schedule/Hours:

10-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week Monday through Thursday, 9:00 pm - 7:30 am

Qualifications:

Proficient in MRI imaging Registered MRI Technologist or equivalent certification required Previous MRI Tech experience in a clinical or hospital setting Strong knowledge of MRI safety standards and protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities:

Operate MRI equipment to obtain images for diagnostic purposes Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout procedures Accurately follow imaging requisitions and protocols Position patients appropriately and explain procedures clearly Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff for quality results Participate in a fair on-call rotation, including potential call-backs as part of team coverage Assist with holiday shifts as required, with prior approval for time off when necessary No floating between units or departments This opportunity offers a chance to support patient care in a reputable medical environment, utilizing advanced technology and working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals.
