Job Summary:
Tasks and duties consistent with Mammography (screening and diagnostic, cone compressions, oblique and tangential views, magnification, etc.), as well as sterotactic biopsies and needle localization, mammogram quality control, and other related duties. Minimum Requirements:
Must be willing to work as a radiographer as needed. At least six months of experience in the performance of mammography is preferred. Must have current credentials, continuing education, etc. consistent with FDA/QSA and ACR requirements for mammography. Registered/eligible by the ARRT in Radiology and Mammography. Must have successfully completed a two year accredited course in Radiologic Science. Sterotactic (Mammotone, MIBB and /or ABBI) experience preferred, but will train suitable candidate. Current AHA BLS certification required. Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
