Responsibilities Operate radiologic imaging equipment, FUGI CR unit to produce diagnostic images with precision. Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols by implementing proper shielding, exposure minimization techniques, and safety procedures for patients and staff. Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures clearly, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining aseptic techniques during invasive procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures, patient information, and equipment logs while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with advancements in radiology technology and participate in ongoing training related to medical imaging modalities such as sonography, interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine. Requirements Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent), with valid state licensure where applicable. Proven experience operating diagnostic radiology equipment Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and diagnostic radiology principles to accurately perform imaging procedures. Experience working in urgent care settings or emergency rooms is preferred Familiarity with radiation safety procedures and implementing radiation protection protocols during all imaging procedures. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
