Description Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging is seeking an experienced Technologist Assistant to join our patient-focused team!

Position Status:

Full-Time Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Location:

outpatient imaging center in Winston-Salem, NC

JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director and/or the Technologist, the

Technologist Assistant:

Is responsible for supporting the radiology staff and providing the first clinical point of contact for patients. Facilitates the patient flow to minimize patient wait times and maximize the utilization of resources. Demonstrates competence with all imaging safety compliance initiatives. Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice. EDUCATION

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
