Job Overview The Radiologic Technologist will provide high-quality imaging support for interventional pain procedures while maintaining patient safety, radiation safety, and efficient procedure-room operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a C-Arm in an interventional or pain-management setting and will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff. Essential Responsibilities - Operate and maintain the C-Arm fluoroscopy system during interventional pain procedures. Obtain high-quality fluoroscopic images as directed by the physician.- Assist with positioning and preparing patients for procedures. Maintain radiation safety standards and follow all applicable regulations and facility policies. Practice appropriate radiation protection for patients and staff. Prepare and ensure proper functioning of imaging equipment before procedures. Assist with procedure-room setup, turnover, and cleanup. Maintain appropriate imaging documentation and records. Follow infection-control and sterile-technique requirements. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other staff. Provide professional, compassionate care to patients. Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Maintain required certifications, licenses, and continuing education. Perform other clinical duties related to the position as assigned. Qualifications - Current Radiologic Technologist license/certification appropriate to the state of practice. C-Arm/fluoroscopy experience required. Experience in interventional pain management, orthopedics, surgery, or a similar procedural setting preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification.- Knowledge of radiation safety and fluoroscopic imaging. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow physician instructions accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Professional, dependable, organized, and patient-centered. Preferred Experience- Interventional pain procedures Fluoroscopy/C-Arm operation Sterile procedure-room environment Spinal injections and other image-guided procedures Familiarity with pain-management workflow.
