. Travel CT Technologist (CT) - Acute Care Please note: 2 Years of CT Tech experience required within the last 5 years

CT Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented CT Technologist with Acute Care experience to work at an excellent healthcare facility in Claremont, NH. This is a fantastic opportunity to build upon your computed tomography skills while advancing your career as a CT Tech. The travel assignment will entail acquiring diagnostic images by performing CT scans. You care about patients and take responsibility for their safety and mental and physical comfort. You will prepare and position patients for capture of diagnostic images, operate imaging equipment, and coordinate with physician.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Obtain patient history, explain routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns.
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process and positioning patients to correctly capture the images requested by physician.
  • Perform computed tomography scans using designated equipment.

Job Requirements:
  • Completion of a two-year program at an approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
  • Possess the ability to perform IV punctures, and be skilled with Computed Tomography Equipment
  • Current
CPR/ BLS

certification

  • 2 Years of CT experience required within the last 5 years
