Qualifications and Experience:

Registered or registry-eligible in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required; CT/PET experience highly desired Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a CT or CT/PET technologist Thorough knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging procedures Excellent communication and patient care skills

Schedule/Hours:

Flexible shifts may be required, including occasional weekends or evening hours

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and assist with a variety of CT and PET/CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Ensure high-quality images are produced for accurate patient diagnosis Prepare, position, and monitor patients during imaging exams, providing clear instructions and reassurance Operate sophisticated imaging equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to safety and infection control guidelines Document procedures, patient information, and maintain accurate records within electronic systems Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care
