Radiographer Weekend Staffing Program Position Summary Performs all diagnostic radiologic examinations that create the images needed for diagnosis and integrates scientific knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and useful diagnostic information. Primary Position Responsibilities 1. Maintain high degree of accuracy and quality in patient positioning, machine set-up, radiation exposure technique, image acquisition and post-processing. 2. Follow all National Patient Safety Goals consistently. 3. Provide accurate recordkeeping of patient history and symptoms. 4. Review orders, explain procedure, answer questions and provide a high level of patient satisfaction. 5. Assist physician in the performance of fluoroscopic and/or invasive radiological procedures. 6. Maintains cleanliness of department and assures adequate supply inventory. Student Technologists Qualifications Minimum Education:

ARRT Registry in Radiography or registry-eligible and NJDEP Xray License. Current CPR/BLS certification for Health Care Providers. Knowledge, Skills and/or
