Excellent growth opportunity. We're seeking a motivated and competent x-ray tech to work 2-3 days a week.
No weekends Job duties include:
Being able to take good quality X-ray images following site X-ray protocol in an efficient and accurate manner. Assist patients in and out of examination and/or X-ray rooms in an efficient manner. Being able to fully document in the EMR system. Maintain, monitor and order X-ray/medical supplies as needed. Provide copies of X-rays with appropriate documentation to patients, health care professionals and insurance as requested. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Pediatric office expedience a plus. New graduates are welcome to apply! 12 months experience as an X-ray Technologist preferred but we're willing to train Explain, process, and position patient for X-ray; adjusting restriction devices; moving and adjusting equipment to set exposure factors Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail & ability to work independently Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills required Have functional and practical knowledge of various computer systems Happy and positive thinking, able to project this attitude around others Excellent communication and bedside manner The job may require lifting light to moderate amounts of weight (e.g., boxes of medical or facility supplies)Job Types:
