Per HR Description:

The CT Technologist role involves performing imaging procedures in a healthcare setting, ensuring patient care and safety. This contract position is based in Montclair, NJ, with weekday and occasional Saturday shifts. Candidates should be skilled in operating CT equipment and managing patient interactions.

Requirements:

Experience in operating CT scanners and related equipment. Ability to position patients and use protective equipment effectively. Skilled in administering contrast media safely. Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records. Ability to handle patient interactions with professionalism and empathy. Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles. Ability to perform quality control testing regularly.

Qualifications:

Current ARRT(R) and State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology. Certification in venipuncture for contrast media injection. High school diploma or GED required. BLS certification required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
