Join the Smoothie King team and turn your purpose into a fulfilling passion. Responsibilities We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become ultimate ambassadors of our brand. As a Team Member, you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges.

• Guest Enthusiast:

  Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly and welcoming experience.

• Smoothie Expert:

  Blend delicious smoothies according to recipes for consistent taste.

• Brand Ambassador:

  Ensure Guests' purposes are met with every order, encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

• Prep Master:

  Properly prepare all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.

• Checklist Champion:

  Perform opening and/or closing duties and complete store checklist tasks.

• Team Player:

  Foster a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among teammates.

• Upholder of Standards:

  Follow state and county food safety regulations and company standards for operations, marketing, and brand identity.

• Cleanliness Advocate:

  Ensure the store meets Smoothie King, state, and county Dept of Health standards. Qualifications

• Customer Focus:

  Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a "guest comes first" attitude.

• Age Requirement:

  At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.

• Experience:

  Preferred but not necessary; previous experience in a fast-food environment is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, reach, scoop, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs., and tolerate exposure to various fresh, dried, or frozen products.
