Available X-Ray Technologist (Float) Neptune, Point Pleasant & Freehold, NJ Full-Time Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM•4:30 PM Rotating Saturdays Overview We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join a growing outpatient imaging team. This full-time float position provides coverage between our Neptune, Point Pleasant, and Freehold, NJ imaging offices. This role is ideal for a patient-focused imaging professional who enjoys variety in their work environment and is committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Position Highlights Full-time, permanent position Float between Neptune, Point Pleasant, and Freehold locations Monday-Friday schedule Rotating Saturdays Float differential available Outpatient imaging environment Comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout imaging procedures Follow established imaging protocols and radiation safety standards Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and clinical staff Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Assist with workflow efficiency and departmental operations Adhere to all department and facility safety policies Requirements Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT Certification Required NJ DEP Radiologic License Required CPR Certification Required Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple locations Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of Radiology experience Multi-modality certification (X-Ray/DEXA) Previous outpatient imaging experience Compensation & Benefits Starting at $33.00+ per hour Float differential pay Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k)/Pension Profit Sharing Generous Paid Time Off Professional Development Opportunities Why This Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple established imaging centers while gaining exposure to diverse patient populations and imaging workflows.
