This position entails the administering of on site technical support regarding the installation, maintenance and repair of digital x-ray equipment; as well as collaboration with executive, office and sales personnel. Individuals interested in this position must be highly organized, possess technical experience and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need strong communication, technical, electrical, and analytical skills; be in good health; and possess physical strength. You must also have a valid driver's license in good standing. A candidate for this position must also exhibit the following traits: tact and patience, a neat appearance, willingness to learn and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Responsibilities (listed in alphabetical order; may include others) Deliver and pickup materials Inform clients and non clients of products and services Install, maintain and repair digital x-ray equipment Interact with clients regarding their equipment and service Load and unload equipment and supplies Maintain client accounts Perform calibrations and inspections Possess your own tools Schedule service appointments Submit service tickets Submit expense and job sheets Trouble shoot digital x-ray equipment Educational & Training Requirements High School Diploma 2+ years experience Computer and networking knowledge Electrical knowledge Mechanically inclined
