II - PRN
(As Needed) The Mammography Technologist performs Radiologic Diagnostic procedures as well as Mammographic procedures and adheres to proper Radiation Safety procedures, and performs procedures accurately and efficiently. The Mammographer also performs necessary quality control on equipment and assumes responsibility for maintaining and improving Diagnostic Imaging knowledge and skills. The Mammographer will also provide coverage in other areas of the Radiology Department as needed. All other duties as assigned.Education:
Graduate of an approved and accredited X-Ray program.Experience:
Requires completion of a formal radiologic technology training program in an A.M.A. approved school, and has at least 4 to 6 years of experience in radiology preferred. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.Licenses/Certificates:
A.R.R.T. registered. Current Nevada Mammography License. Current Basic Life Support (BLS). •Pay range: $35.41 - $44.26 (depending on experience)•Associates or better. L-NV-Mammography C-ARRT Radiography CertC-ARC-BLS
