Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years experience in Interventional Radiology preferred Current NY state radiologic technologist licensure required BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) mandatory Proven ability to interact effectively with patients across all age groups Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

Select appropriate exposure factors, position patients, and consistently produce high-quality diagnostic images Administer oral contrast as needed and assist radiologists during procedures Operate and maintain x-ray, CR, and DR systems; report equipment issues promptly Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout Maintain accurate documentation, protect patient confidentiality, and utilize HIS, RIS, and PACS proficiently Actively engage in departmental problem-solving, quality improvement, and team initiatives
