RCM Healthcare Services seeks a CT Technologist for day shifts to perform high-quality CT imaging exams in a clinical or hospital environment. In this role, you will prepare and position patients, operate CT scanners, and produce diagnostic images that support accurate physician decision-making. You'll follow strict radiation safety and infection control standards, administer contrast when required, and monitor patients throughout procedures. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you will partner closely with radiologists, nurses, and staff to ensure excellent patient care and efficient workflow while contributing to quality and process improvement efforts. Responsibilities Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and proper imaging quality Operate and troubleshoot CT scanners and related imaging equipment Verify patient identification, review medical history, and confirm exam indications Administer contrast agents as appropriate and monitor patients for adverse reactions Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize diagnostic outcomes Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and imaging logs Follow radiation safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Assist in training and supporting new or junior imaging staff Participate in quality assurance, equipment checks, and workflow improvement initiatives Required Skills Computed tomography (CT) imaging Patient positioning and immobilization Contrast administration and IV placement Radiation safety and dose optimization CT equipment operation and troubleshooting PACS and RIS/EHR systems Anatomy and cross-sectional imaging knowledge Infection control and patient safety protocols Image quality assessment and optimization Documentation and workflow management
