Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
: Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is looking for CT Technologists to join our team! The CT Technologist will under the direction of a radiologist, perform CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Uses good judgement and professional demeanor in patient care. Competent to perform independently with specialized knowledge of the standards and practices set forth from their education/training.
Shift:
6:30pm-7:30am
EDUCATION
High School graduate or equivalent. Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Training Program in an AMA approved school and successfully meets the requirements for New York State license in Radiologic Technology and meets the requirements for registry by ARRT. Associates Degree in Applied Science in Radiologic Technology preferred.
LICENSURE
Current N.Y.S. Radiologic Technologist License Current ARRT Registration to include compliance with CE requirements Current ARRT CT Certification preferred
EXPERIENCE
6 - 12 months related experience preferred On-the-job (cross training) provided as required

ABOUT NIAGARA FALLS MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER
Founded in 1895, Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center (NFMMC) has a long tradition of serving the Niagara community. NFMMC's hospital and primary stroke program are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, and its primary care network is accredited by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Memorial's inpatient services include a cardiac/stroke unit, a medical-surgical unit, an ICU, a Labor and Delivery unit, and an Adult Inpatient Psychiatry unit, the only one of its kind in Niagara County. Memorial serves as a Center for Community Health by operating three primary care centers, a large outpatient adult mental health clinic, a Health Home, and several innovative community-based services. Thanks to a partnership with Catholic Health, Kaleida Health, and Erie County Medical Center, NFMMC operates the only cardiac catheterization laboratory in Niagara County. Memorial is also home to the Golisano Medical Oncology Center, which operates in collaboration with Roswell Park Comprehensive Care Center.

$36.98 - $47.10 per hour
