• Friday 11:00 PM
• 7:30 AM 5 Shifts per Week 42.5 Hours per Week Rotational weekends and holidays required On-call responsibilities included Position Overview A healthcare facility in Syracuse, New York is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist
• CT for a night shift contract assignment.

The technologist will perform high-quality radiographic and CT imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with departmental protocols and radiation safety standards. Responsibilities Perform radiographic and CT examinations under the direction of radiologists Prepare, position, and educate patients regarding imaging procedures Set appropriate exposure factors to obtain high-quality diagnostic images Follow radiation safety and protection standards to minimize patient exposure Operate imaging equipment efficiently and report equipment malfunctions as needed Process imaging studies and maintain accurate documentation within the Radiology Information System (RIS) Adhere to departmental procedures, protocols, and safety standards Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to support patient care needs Ensure proper handling and use of imaging equipment at all times Qualifications Associate degree (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required Active New York State license/registration required Minimum 1 year of CT/MRI experience as a Radiologic Technologist required Current knowledge of radiographic imaging procedures and equipment required Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of CT imaging protocols and radiation safety practices Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to work independently during night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to effectively document imaging procedures and patient information For more details reach at or Call / Text at 732 791 4807
