Valley Stream, NY | Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and patient-focused MRI & X-Ray Technician to join our team at our Valley Stream location. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the practice grows. Responsibilities Perform MRI and X-ray examinations safely and accurately Prepare patients for procedures and explain the examination process Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality Follow all radiation safety and MRI safety protocols Maintain accurate patient and examination records Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff Maintain a clean, organized, and professional imaging environment Follow all applicable regulatory and safety standard Qualifications ARRT certification/registration or appropriate credentials for the modalities performed MRI and X-ray experience preferred New York State certification/licensure as applicable Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
