Job Description

Category Imaging - IR Tech Job Type Travel Discover the heart of northwestern Ohio in Ada—a welcoming community known for its warm hospitality, picturesque scenery, and access to endless local adventures. This interventional radiology tech opportunity blends the excitement of a fast-paced imaging department with the chance to collaborate with talented teams, expanding your knowledge of diverse practices and new procedures, particularly in neuro-interventional care. Schedule:
Four 9-hour shifts per week (Monday through Friday as assigned), totaling 36 hours Rotating daily shifts: 7:00am-4:30pm, 7:30am-5:00pm, or 8:00am-5:30pm On-call coverage: 1 day a week with every 4th weekend, plus occasional additional call days; must remain within 30 minutes of the hospital while on call
Preferred Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology required 2-3 years of interventional radiology tech experience expected Prior experience with neuro procedures, run-offs, and angiograms highly preferred Previous travel assignment experience a bonus BLS certification (required; ACLS and advanced ARRT certifications preferred) Familiarity with EPIC/EHR and PACS (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of diagnostic/interventional vascular and neuro-interventional procedures Assist physicians with biopsies, thrombectomies, embolizations, central line placements, and more Operate imaging equipment, administer contrast, adhere to safety and documentation protocols Deliver clear patient instructions; answer questions and support families during procedures Collaborate actively in a dynamic clinical team focused on optimal patient outcomes
